Hi. I’m Tony Reffeitt, a real estate broker and owner of Integrity Real Estate. I want to help you through the major ins-and-outs of condo ownership & whether or not it makes sense for you at this point in your life or your future. First, I thought I’d share a brief list of some of my unique qualifications to speak towards this topic.
I’ve been blessed to sell real estate full-time (as my only source of income) since 1994 (with the only exception being 3-and-a-half years during which I taught other Realtors how to grow their business, utilize technology, serve their clients, market themselves and their listings, etc.) Additionally, the first property I purchased personally was a condo in which I lived for 6 years. During that time, I served for 3 years as the president of the condominium’s homeowner’s association. That was indeed an eye-opening experience during which I learned a great deal that has served me well throughout my career. (And that wasn’t the only HOA board on which I’d go on to serve.) Additionally, throughout my real estate career, I’ve helped numerous clients buy and sell condominiums.
So I want to bring this experience to bear on behalf of my clients and to share with you a few of the things about condos I’ve learned which I think can be of great benefit to you. So bear with me as I want to be thorough but succinct. I am confident though, that by the end of this series, you’ll feel much better informed on the topic.
